This bowl has 34 g of protein and 7 g of fiber. It’s also soooo tasty and comes together in only 5 minutes! You can use kefir or Greek yogurt interchangeable. I like both. Kefir has a more diverse range of probiotics, while Greek yogurt is creamier. Feel free to also use different berries. Give it a try and let me know in the comment section below!
Ingredients
- 150 g low fat kefir or Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop whey chocolate protein powder (I like this grass fed whey from Vilgain)
- 40 g Belgium chocolate & raspberry granola (from Topnatur)
- 50 g blueberries
- 5 walnuts
Directions
- Mix the kefir or yogurt with the protein powder until smooth.
- Top with granola, berries & walnuts.
