If you’re craving something sweet but still want to keep your protein intake in check, this High-Protein Greek Yogurt Dessert is an absolutely delicious option. Inspired by creamy, layered desserts, it combines rich Greek yogurt with vanilla protein powder, bright lemon zest, and coffee-soaked cookies for a satisfying balance of flavour and texture. There’s no baking required, minimal prep, and it sets beautifully after a short rest in the fridge. Perfect as a high-protein dessert, a sweet breakfast, or an afternoon snack when you want something indulgent but still aligned with your nutrition goals.
Ingredients
- 170 g 10% fat Greek yogurt
- 3 biscoff cookies
- Coffee
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein (this is my favorite- not sponsored)
Directions
- Mix the yogurt with the protein and the zest.
- Dip cookies in coffee and stick in yogurt.
- Let rest for at least 1 hour and enjoy!
